3 Points of Winter Maintenance for your Roof

At Thomas Roofing and Restoration, we want to ensure that your roof lasts as long as it can. There are just a few tips for the Winter Maintenance that we wanted to educate you on before we get into this harsh winter season.


  1. YEARLY INSPECTION - We highly recommend that you contact us for a yearly inspection. This is for your residential and commercial roofs. A yearly roof inspection will ensure that there are no leaks or bad spots that need to be repaired before you find out the hard way.

  2. MAINTAIN ROOF EQUIPMENT - This is for our commercial clients. Roof Equipment is heavy and well, right on top of your roof. You want to make sure that it is properly maintained and taken care of. Routinely inspect and clean all roof equipment to ensure your commercial roof will last as long as it can.

  3. KEEP DEBRIS OFF - This seems simple, but can happen faster than you think. It is crucial to keep the debris off of your roof- residential and commercial roofs. It takes a simple sweep and gutter clean to ensure the safety of your family. Our team of professionals will also maintain your roof for you.
